Celtrino specialise in digitising public sector procurement.
We are one of the founder members of OpenPEPPOL, a not-for-profit body that governs the usage of PEPPOL across Europe. PEPPOL was devised by the European Commission to promote and increase electronic invoicing (e-invoicing) in public sector procurement.
In April 2019, we were chosen as Ireland’s leading framework supplier for e-invoicing solutions to the public sector.
Through a single connection, we enable public sector buyers and suppliers to exchange documents (e.g. invoices and orders) with each other electronically, regardless of what back office systems they use.
We provide the public sector with transparency across the whole procurement process, enabling them to:
- Save cash and resources, by going paperless.
- Gain control over all organization spend.
- Easily store and access all procurement documents for audit purposes.
- Meet e-invoicing compliance requirements.
Our customers include the main Irish Government departments, the HSE, and the NHS in the UK.
How we transform public sector procurement
Users can transfer documents electronically via our Celtrino PEPPOL Access Point solution. We provide data mapping, data validation, and data enrichment services to ensure all documents are securely transferred to your trading partner regardless of what format they are in, and we provide full integration with all the main ERP providers.
For public bodies that are mandated to comply with the Directive, they no longer need to purchase a wide range of software licenses or to integrate different tools to communicate with different trading partners. Suppliers in turn can negotiate electronically with any buyer in the EU public sector.
