Alan’s background spans sales, operations, HR, training, marketing, business ownership, and country management. This diverse experience gives him a unique depth in project management and a talent for tackling complex challenges head-on.. His diverse roles have taught him that his true professional value lies in a few key principles: consistently fixing what needs to be fixed, turning creative ideas into actionable steps, and ensuring that every member of the team is actively contributing. Today, he applies those lessons to help Celtrino deliver solutions that truly make a difference for its customers and asking the question “If I’m not directly helping a customer, am I backing up someone who is?”
Juby, our COO since 2020, manages Celtrino’s technical operations across Ireland and India. With nearly two decades at Celtrino, Juby knows our business inside and out. He’s built high-performing teams that focus on seamless customer experiences and growth. Always hands-on, Juby’s motto is “no customer is waiting on operations” — a mantra he is committed to. Outside work, he’s adding an Executive MBA to his list of achievements.
With over 30 years dedicated to customer service and IT solution delivery, Mark’s our expert in managing expectations—both clients’ and our own. Skilled in resource planning and deadline management, Mark’s the kind of project leader everyone wants on their team. Outside the office, he’s often working on improving processes, though he insists it’s just his way of keeping things interesting.
John joined Celtrino in 2024, with over 25 years of sales experience and a record of revenue growth in SaaS and subscription-based models. He’s the kind of leader who’s equally at home expanding markets or mentoring sales talent. Passionate about high-growth strategies, John’s known for closing deals and keeping things fun. As the host of The Global Tech Leaders Podcast, he’s no stranger to sharing insights on sales and strategy worldwide.
