Current Opportunities


Marketing Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven inbound marketer to set and execute our inbound demand generation strategy. This role will be both strategic and hands-on in attracting website traffic via organic and paid channels, converting that traffic into new leads, and building a nurturing strategy for a large, existing customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and communicate key company personas.
  • Build and manage a rich content calendar and that attracts a qualified audience to our website.
  • Build an organic search engine strategy to attract qualified traffic to site via optimized content.
  • Manage the strategy, setup, and results of all paid media campaigns including ad retargeting and Google AdWords.
  • Grow new leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, lead generation content and ensure follow up.
  • Manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google+.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.

Technical Attributes - Essential:

  • Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent CRM (rating 4)
  • Google Analytics & keyword planning (rating 3)
  • InDesign (rating 2)
  • SEO (rating 4)
  • SEM & PPC (rating 3)
  • Knowledge of Web Design (rating 4)
  • PowerPoint (rating 4)
  • WordPress (rating 3)

Technical Attributes - Not essential but an advantage to have:

  • Photoshop
  • Premier Pro
  • HTML

Soft Skills:

  • Total fluency in written, reading and verbal English is required
  • Proactive in taking initiatives
  • Strong communication skills & team player
  • Creative problem solving

General / Personality Attributes:

  • Fluent in English (verbal , writing and reading)
  • Good listener/communicator within a team environment; Ability to describe status/problems/progress reporting etc.…
  • Ability to assimilate relatively complex business and IT processes and to communicate these effectively
  • Pride in work and a great work ethic and commitment
  • Enjoys working, and works well, in a team
  • Interested in SaaS and technology innovation.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

  • BA/BS third level degree in Marketing
  • 1+ years’ experience in a similar position
  • Ability to demonstrate previous results
  • Ability to demonstrate creative ability
